As George's loving parents, we explained to him the basic concepts of supply and demand, marketing, and business planning. He shrugged and walked away. We reeled him back and explained that selling popsicles at the weekly soccer game would be a gold mine. Who is in more need of a popsicle than an overheated soccer player or a bored spectator?
And so a couple Fridays ago, George set up shop. He hauled out his cooler, hung up his shingle, and even brought a book to read when the selling was slow.

How fun! The kids have been begging for weeks to set up a lemonade stand, what good parents you are to get him all set up! We've bought the lemonade so far...LOL!
How precious! He's already making the big bucks now, wait a few years until he's selling he hard stuff, lemonade!

Good going, George!!! What a great blog! I am chuckling again...what is that amazing bird with the long, pointed beak?
That is awesome, George (and parents)! I'm glad you're making some profit. We used to do that in front of our house with Otter Pops. Do you remember those? :) I don't think we made any money though...
